NoiseFold (Cory Metcalf & David Stout)
Cory and David will give a media rich lecture detailing collaborative methods and the development of their modular software system built in MAX/MSP/Jitter. This lecture will illustrate the multiple ways they employ this software including live cinema and music performance, animation, pre-visualization design for object making and glass sculpture, generative virtual reality environments and our current research in Ecological Data Dramatization.
Following the lecture interested participants are invited to take a walk in one of the virtual reality worlds currently in development for a larger hybrid installation combining VR and interactive projection.
