BFA Portfolio
The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Studio degree requires an approved portfolio to be admitted as a declared major.
They should be submitted after you have been admitted and enrolled at UNM Albuquerque Campus and the College of Fine Arts.
Submission Deadline: Fall deadline November 1, at 11:59 pm and Spring deadline April 1, at 11:59 pm.
Portfolio Requirements
1. An online portfolio (using portfolio.adobe.com) consisting of 10 works is required.
2. A 300-500 word artist statement.
3. A list of the art studio and art history classes you have completed, are currently enrolled in, and a list of art studio and art history classes you planning to take in the future.
4. The name of a faculty member you have consulted with about your application and portfolio submission.
