Reggie Behl Award

This award is given in honor of artist, educator and world traveler, Reggie Behl. Reggie grew up in Long Beach, New York. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute in 1944, the same year that she married Hal, a high school classmate. Reggie Behl taught drawing all over the world, including at the University of New Mexico.

Native American Environmental Arts and Humanities Scholarship

This scholarship is an interdisciplinary award for Native American undergraduate students across all UNM colleges who are interested in art and ecology, species conservation, and environmental and climate justice. This application is 2024-2025 awards. This scholarship is made possible by a grant from the Mellon Foundation and the UNM Center for Environmental Arts and Humanities. Deadline extended to January 15, 2025
