Adrianna Jenkins

My artwork pulls from a varying source of inspiration such as; emotions, music and personal memories. Through abstract representation and scale shifts, I create dream like worlds that allow my viewers to be transported to a different mindset. I work in a variety of media (wood, textiles, digital drawings and found objects) that help me create an immersive environment and further express my experiences (such as; divorced parents, stress followed by change or lack of understanding and identity struggles due to mixed heritage). I found that these experiences have helped me grow as an artist and my works have helped me grow as a person.
